I saw Twilight opening weekend. I hadn't read the books because I don't read books. It didn't matter, I didn't need to be sold on the concept. Vampires... check. Hot people... check. I haven't had this kind of anticipation since the two Cory's did The Lost Boys back in 1987.

Since I didn't read the books I can't give a thorough review. I can only imagine that the books were filled with scenes where Edward was really frustrated that he couldn't sleep with Bella. I remember being 17, but I hope my face never showed that kind of torment. I really hope they hook up in the later books because Edward really needs to get past this sexual tension. It was really affecting his vampiring... and his acting.
